Sales Support Contract - Baldwin Park, CA
Where You’ll Work
This is an onsite, contract-based role located near Baldwin Park, CA. The position is expected to run 6–8 weeks. Candidates must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
This role supports a service-based organization during a busy operational period, with a focus on internal sales and financial administration.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support the sales team and estimators by handling core administrative and financial support functions. This position is not involved in dispatching, scheduling, or managing field technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to sales and estimating teams
- Work in QuickBooks to support invoicing, job costing, and financial data accuracy
- Assist with internal financial and operational reporting
- Maintain accurate records related to sales, estimates, and service operations
- Support general office and operations administration within a service-based environment
- Collaborate with sales, estimators, and management to ensure timely and accurate information flow
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of administrative experience within a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, or service-based environment (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Exposure to invoicing, reporting, or accounting-related administrative work
- Experience supporting sales teams, estimators, or operations leadership
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial data
- Ability to work onsite and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset
