Training Period: Approximately 1–2 weeks (onsite training required)
Pay Rate: DOE
Assignment Type: Temporary with potential permanent opportunity
Location: Temple, Texas (Local candidates only)
Work Schedule & Remote Requirements:
- Initial training will be conducted onsite in Temple.
- After successful completion of training, the position will transition to a remote work schedule.
Candidate must have:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proper computer/equipment setup to support remote work
- Ability to maintain a professional remote work environment
- Candidate must be available to attend occasional in-person meetings as required.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to public health programs and staff
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Manage confidential and HIPAA-protected information
- Provide customer service and professional communication with internal and external contacts
- Support daily administrative operations as assigned
Salary : $40,444 - $54,650
