Plant Production Worker – Outdoor Temporary Project
Location: San Antonio, TX 78252
Pay Rate: $13.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: Monday, September 14, 2026
Duration: Approximately 5 weeks, with potential for extension
IMPORTANT: OUTDOOR POSITION
This is an outdoor plant production position. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors for the duration of their scheduled shift and in varied weather conditions, including heat and sun.
Position Overview
We are hiring a team of dependable Plant Production Workers for a temporary 5-week project with potential for extension. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable performing hands-on work in an outdoor plant/production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily plant and production operations
- Perform general production and processing duties
- Work outdoors throughout the scheduled shift
- Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Perform other general duties as assigned
