What You'll Do
As an essential member of our health care team, you'll provide personal care, nursing assistance, homemaking services, and emotional support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Helping with medications, wound care, and other delegated nursing services
Creating a warm, welcoming environment through light housekeeping and meal service
Offering emotional and social support to residents—because you're more than a caregiver, you're a companion
Responding to emergencies and unexpected situations with professionalism and care
Shifts Available
We currently have 1 Part-time Overnight shift available Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Sign-On Bonus:
- The sign-on bonus will be paid in $500 increments quarterly at months 3, 6, 9, and 12.
- The new employee must be at an employment status of working 20 hours per week or more (40 hours per pay period).
- Payment will be made through payroll within the corresponding payroll.

Must pass a criminal background check through the State of MN.
