RN Clinical Manager - $2,000 Sign On Bonus

St. William’s Living Center is a 53-bed skilled nursing facility in Parkers Prairie, Minnesota. We are proud to provide exceptional, resident-centered care and have earned a Five-Star rating from CMS in recent years.

We are seeking an energetic, friendly Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. This is a hands-on skilled-nursing leadership role with a strong focus on resident care, quality, staff development, and regulatory readiness.

Position Details

· Full-time day shift, typically 64–72 hours per pay period.

· Every third weekend and every other holiday.

· Pay range: $40.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on long-term-care, MDS, quality, and leadership experience.

· New employees scheduled at least 40 hours per pay period are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide floor management, complete daily resident rounds, and help ensure care plans are followed.

· Attend daily report and oversee accurate, timely clinical documentation.

· Assess and document new residents and significant changes in condition.

· Support staff scheduling and coverage; assist with orientation, education, coaching, and appropriate corrective action.

· Coordinate physician rounds and communicate with physicians, residents, families, and staff regarding clinical concerns.

· Oversee medication administration processes, medical-supply needs, and controlled-substance documentation and counts.

· Develop and update resident care plans and support bowel and bladder programs.

· Monitor skin concerns, complete chart audits, and participate in nursing quality-assurance activities.

· Complete resident interviews, incident investigations, corrective actions, and required reporting.

· Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation promptly to the DON and/or Administrator.

Requirements

· Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.

· Long-term-care, MDS, quality, and supervisory experience preferred.

· Successful completion of the required background study.

· CPR certification within six months of hire.
