Willow Creek in Henning, MN, is looking for a compassionate and dependable full-time PM/NOC Caregiver to join our team. No experience is required, we provide all the training you need!

What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver, you will:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Help with medications and other delegated nursing services
- Serve meals and snacks
- Complete light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities
- Respond to emergencies and unexpected situations with professionalism and care
Schedule
This position includes a combination of PM and overnight shifts. Applicants must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Requirements
- No experience required, we will train you!
- Must pass a Minnesota state-required criminal background check
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with older adults
