Now Hiring: Assisted Living Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: McCornell Court in Parkers Prairie
Schedule: 2 Days per Week | 3-Hour Afternoon Shifts
Do you enjoy helping others and building meaningful connections? McCornell Court is a small, close-knit assisted living community looking for a caring and dependable Assisted Living Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Help residents with light daily tasks such as tidying rooms and lounge areas, serving meals, and offering friendly conversation.
- Provide companionship and assist with activities that promote comfort and engagement.
- Support staff with resident care needs
- Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for each resident.
Requirements:
- Friendly, compassionate, and reliable.
- Experience in caregiving or assisted living is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Must pass a background check
Schedule:
2 days per week (flexible days)
3-hour shifts — Great for students, retirees, or anyone looking for a few meaningful hours a week.
