St. Theresa Catholic School is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 School Year for a Full-Time energetic, enthusiastic, faith-filled, Kindergarten Teacher who will differentiate instruction and challenge all students.

Responsibilities:
- Provide for the spiritual, moral, physical, emotional, and intellectual development of the children of St. Theresa Catholic School (STCS).
- Help live, instill, and motivate the Virtues and Mission of STCS.
- Maintain professional, charitable, cooperative and respectful relationships with all members of the STCS community.
- Serve as a homeroom teacher to include supervising during Mass and assemblies.
- Establish and maintain effective discipline. ? Be well-prepared for all assigned teaching duties.
- Carry out duties in a responsible manner regarding curriculum, co-curricular activities, safety, and other assigned tasks.
- Use technology and incorporate it in teaching and related duties.
Qualifications:
- Be deeply committed to the development of the faith life of students and dedicated to the ministry of Catholic Education.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in elementary education or equivalent.
- Hold appropriate Virginia or VCEA Certification; c omplete a child protection seminar (VIRTUS) prior to starting, and be background compliant.
- Hold Basic Diocesan Religion Certification or be eligible to obtain this certification within three years
