This role is the engine behind our managed care strategy and we’re seeking someone who brings deep expertise in contract negotiation, contract review, and reimbursement optimization. What you’ll lead:
■ Negotiating payer contracts that strengthen reimbursement and advance system priorities
■ Conducting detailed contract reviews to identify risk, opportunity, and alignment with organizational goals
■ Building financial models that forecast impact and support data‑driven decision‑making
■ Partnering with leaders across Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Operations to execute a cohesive managed care strategy
■ Developing insights that improve payer performance and support long‑term sustainability
What you'll bring:
■ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Public Health
■ 5 years of managed care contracting and reimbursement experience
■ Hands‑on experience negotiating payer agreements and conducting complex contract reviews
■ Strong background in healthcare finance or revenue cycle operations
■ Advanced analytics and financial modeling skills
■ MBA, MHA, or similar graduate education (preferred)
