About the Role:
We are currently hiring for Front Desk positions at one of our two Las Vegas locations.
Front Office plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare services by managing patient interactions and administrative tasks at the front desk. This position serves as the first point of contact in the office for patients, providing a welcoming and professional environment while efficiently handling patient registration and insurance verification. The role requires close collaboration with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow and maintain accurate medical records. By effectively managing communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, the Front Office helps optimize the overall patient experience and supports the delivery of high-quality care. Ultimately, this position contributes to the operational efficiency and positive reputation of the healthcare facility. Shifts range between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Alternating weekends are required. Able to travel between two locations when coverage is needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent patient service utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably in a front desk or scheduling role.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing processes.
- Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient population.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients promptly and courteously, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

- Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow and communicate any scheduling changes or delays.
