What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant - Back Office position at St. Rose Pediatrics?
Duties include preparing patients for the health care visit by taking accurate vital signs, confirming purpose of visit as well as entering the information into the electronic health record. Administering vaccines and other medications. Preparing laboratory specimens and performing basic laboratory tests on premises. Must be dependable, a team player and able to work in a fast-paced office. Pediatric experience preferred. Employee must be able to work various 8 shifts ranging from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and alternating Saturdays. Must be able to travel between our two Las Vegas locations when coverage is necessary.
Salary : $18 - $20
