As Administrator, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall management of the Center, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all Center departments and activities to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team; provide ongoing supervision and career coaching.

Foster a positive work environment with strong team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.

Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and federal guidelines; promote a safe and secure environment.

Guide department heads in developing and executing policies and procedures to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Florida (required).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and respond calmly in emergency situations.

Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
