What You’ll Do
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the community, ensuring the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and staff to foster teamwork and professional growth
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of the community
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Florida
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- 3 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or senior living environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for serving seniors and commitment to fostering a positive work environment
