Role Description
The Marketing & Sales Director is responsible for managing and leading the museum's marketing and sales initiatives to promote brand visibility and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, overseeing sales operations, and identifying business development opportunities. The role also involves creating marketing and sales collateral.
Qualifications
- Experience in all aspects of Marketing, from grass roots to social media.
- Experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, and oversee marketing interns
- Experience in cultural or nonprofit institutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
