Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented LeadFood Service Worker to lead daily kitchen and dining operations. Key Responsibilities:
Pay Range: 17.25-25.00
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food and record temperatures of finished product to HACCP standards, and maintaining proper HACCP logs on shift
- Making patient safety top priority
- Accommodating patients in regards to special diets
- Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and orderly
- Proper dishwashing
- Proper dating and labeling of open food products
- Be a team player
- Keep all areas of kitchen clean
- Communicate with the chef
- Make safety a priority
- Show up in proper uniform
- Assist workers/chef with daily tasks
- Previous experience in food service supervision or management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment
