Foundation Associate

Full Time Days

St. Peter's Health Partners Foundation is looking for an individual with excellent organization and communication skills to join the team in the full-time Foundation Associate role.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Foundation staff members. Daily tasks include the following:

• Processing and data entry of biographical, gift and pledge information
• Set up, maintenance and processing of payroll deductions for employee pledges and the employee fund drive
• Process, print, edit, copy and mailing of acknowledgements and letters
• Filing, faxing, attending staff meetings and phone coverage
• Maintain inventory of supplies and printed material
• Provide administrative and clerical support for staff members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate's degree with 3 years of secretarial or related experience preferred
• Experience with databases and accounting preferred
• Excellent typing, computer, math and logic skills

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.66
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
