- Experience with Gauges, Measurements, and Calibration
- Strong understanding of Quality Control and Inspection processes
- Proficiency in programming and operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail in maintaining measurement precision
- Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in CNC machining or manufacturing is a plus
- Understanding of blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) is preferred
