A Licensed Child Care Program of St. Paul School
Millington, Michigan
His Little Lambs, the early childhood education and child care program of St. Paul School, is preparing to open a new Infant/Toddler Room in March 2026. We are now accepting applications for two part-time positions to support this licensed program.
OPEN POSITIONS (PART-TIME):
Lead Caregiver / Lead Teacher
Starting wage: $15.42 per hour
Provides primary care and supervision for infants and toddlers. Plans and implements developmentally appropriate activities. Ensures compliance with Michigan Child Care Licensing (LARA) rules, health and safety standards, and program policies. Maintains required documentation and supports daily classroom operations.
Child Care Aide
Starting wage: $13.73 per hour
Assists the lead caregiver with daily routines, supervision, and care. Supports a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Works under the direction of the lead caregiver and program administration.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must meet Michigan LARA Child Care Licensing requirements for the assigned position
- Willingness to complete required background checks, health screenings, and mandated trainings
- Ability to work with infants and toddlers in a group care setting
- Dependable, patient, and nurturing
- Supportive of a Christ-centered, family-focused program
