JOB REQUIREMENTS: St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked,
private, Catholic, liberal arts college, is seeking a part-time Dining

nation! This position offers daytime hours that align with the school
calendar, with summers off. Perfect for someone who values work-life
balance and wants to contribute meaningfully while enjoying flexibility
outside of traditional 95 schedules. The hours can either be Monday -
Friday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm, or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am -
2:00 pm, depending on the candidate\'s preference. The position begins
on August 20th and ends on May 20th each year. Specific
responsibilities: - Assist with the setup, service, and cleanup at
Ruth\'s Marketplace, including meal plan service, dishwashing, and floor
cleaning. - Communicate effectively with the Production team to support
a smooth and continuous flow of food preparation, sharing timely and
relevant information related to batch cooking. - Assist with product
rotation, stocking, and inventory management. Maintain clean, organized
coolers, freezers, and storerooms assigned to the front-of-house team. -
Follow all Dining Services Policies and Procedures and assist
supervisors in ensuring all staff follow safety, sanitation, HACCP, and
Wisconsin Food Code guidelines. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
