The Role
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to support our seasonal operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on preparing, organizing, and shipping décor for installations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare décor and materials based on work orders
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with refurbishment and preparation of holiday décor
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and stretch wrap machines
- Support inventory organization and general warehouse operations
- Use hand and power tools for basic assembly or repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on ladders/lifts (up to 20 ft)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift experience is a major plus
- Experience with hand/power tools is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be 18 with reliable transportation and a smartphone
