Security Site Supervisor

Location: Ruther Glen, VA (Caroline County)
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Position: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations at a large, gated residential community in the Ruther Glen area. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proven experience supervising security teams in community or residential environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support onsite security officers
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to ensure consistent site coverage
• Manage officer scheduling, assignments, and post orders
• Monitor access points and enforce community rules and safety standards
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents, staff, and management
• Respond to incidents and oversee accurate reporting, documentation, and follow-up
• Maintain compliance with company policies, DCJS regulations, and safety protocols
• Provide steady leadership during both routine operations and unexpected situations

Requirements:

• Valid DCJS Unarmed Security Registration
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean MVR and ability to pass a driving test
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Standard security uniform required
• Previous security supervisor experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in community, residential, or patrol-based environments preferred
