Job Title: Seasonal Security Supervisor
Location: Ligonier, PA
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time | All Days | 7am–3pm / 3pm–11pm
Season: Summer through Fall
Job Overview:We are seeking a Seasonal Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, support on-site staff, and ensure all post orders and procedures are followed. This role combines active security duties with team leadership and shift oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
- Ensure all post orders, policies, and procedures are followed
- Conduct foot, vehicle, or bicycle patrols as needed
- Monitor for and respond to security threats, hazards, and incidents
- Review and complete accurate incident and activity reports
- Act as point of contact for site management and staff
- Assist with scheduling, assignments, and on-site coordination
- Provide strong customer service and handle escalated situations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean record (3 years)
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and clearances
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role
