Retail Coordinator - Security Operations Center (Part-Time)Retail Coordinator (Security Operations Center)Location: Pittsburgh, PA – Whitehall AreaPosition Type: In-Person | OnsiteSchedule: Part-Time Saturday and Sunday 6am-2pm Saturday and Sunday 2pm-10pm Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 6am-4pmPay Rate: $16.75 per hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to work onsite at a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) in the Pittsburgh–Whitehall area. This is not a remote position. The Retail Coordinator plays a critical role as the first point of contact for security-related calls, monitoring systems, and coordinating responses to incidents across multiple locations.This position requires constant alertness, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. Cross-training opportunities for additional security-related roles may be available.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls within the Security Operations CenterCoordinate security responses and staffing for various retail and remote locationsMonitor CCTV and alarm systems for remote sitesAccurately document incidents, calls, and actions takenCommunicate with clients, field personnel, and emergency responders (police/fire) using professional phone etiquetteMaintain situational awareness and remain alert at all times during shiftsNavigate multiple computer systems and security software platforms simultaneouslyDemonstrate strong attention to detail and sound judgment when evaluating incidentsWork collaboratively with internal teams to identify issues and improve operational efficiencyMaintain strict confidentiality and comply with security protocolsQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask1–2 years of data entry experience (required)Experience using multi-line or soft phone systems (required)1–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center, dispatch, or 911 communications experience (preferred)Prior security or monitoring experience is a plusFamiliarity with access control, fire, or burglary systems is a plusMust be professional, dependable, and punctualMust be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededAbility to obtain and maintain a background clearanceWhat We OfferComprehensive onsite training, including Remote Security Officer certificationStable full-time overnight scheduleOpportunities for cross-training and advancement within security operationsA meaningful role supporting safety and security operationsEqual Opportunity EmployerPA #188Why St. Moritz?Are you looking for a rewarding career in the security industry?
