HOA Security Supervisor
Location: Naples, Florida
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional HOA Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations within a residential homeowners association (HOA) community in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior security supervision experience, strong leadership skills, and experience working in HOA or gated community environments. This position requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and customer service.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.94 per hour
Responsibilities
Supervise and support onsite security personnel and daily operations. Ensure all security officers follow post orders, policies, and procedures. Conduct routine patrols and property inspections. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns in a professional manner. Prepare incident reports, shift logs, and operational documentation. Coordinate scheduling, officer coverage, and shift assignments. Maintain communication with HOA management and residents. Enforce community access control procedures and safety regulations. Train and mentor security staff as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security Guard License required.
- Previous security supervisor experience required.
- HOA, gated community, or residential security experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
- Must be able to successfully clear an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) review.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with access control systems and incident reporting software. Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills. Ability to lead teams in a residential community environment.
