Mobile Patrol Security Officer

Location: Spring Grove, PA

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Previous security experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED

Position Overview:We are seeking a dependable Mobile Patrol Security Supervisor to lead and support our mobile patrol team while ensuring the safety and security of assigned properties. This role combines field supervision with mobile patrol responsibilities, including responding to incidents, conducting site inspections, and ensuring officers follow company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support mobile patrol officers during assigned shifts
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of assigned locations
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor security equipment and report maintenance issues
• Ensure sites remain secure and officers meet performance expectations
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients and emergency responders as needed

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience required
• Security experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
