The Night Nurse Supervisor will function in an administrative capacity on the 10:30p-7:00a. Incumbent must be visible to the staff and responsive to their requests for support. Incumbent will make rounds on a regular and frequent basis, making sure scheduled staff are where they are supposed to be and are doing what they should be doing. The Night Nurse Supervisor will be accessible at all times by a communication device and will record all activity on a daily log submitted to the CNO each evening.
