Hours Per Week: 36 hour/week

Hiring range: $ $17.51 to $23.42

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Greets patients and visitors, answers general inquiries, and schedules patients for appointments. Answers, screens, and routes telephone.
• Performs general clerical duties including filing, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Creates various reports and documents.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient
• Performs unit safety Assists with meeting patient needs and escalates as appropriate.
• May enter and maintain timekeeping changes and staff
• May assist with stocking supplies and keeping unit and patient rooms clean and

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Preferred Credential(s):
  • BLS

Education:

• High school diploma or GED or a minimum of three (3) years’ experience required.

• Ability to organize and establish day-to-day priorities while using critical thinking skills in all aspects of the job.
