Job Summary:
The Stockman is responsible for maintaining well-stocked, organized, and clean shelves throughout the store. This role supports the sales floor by ensuring products are available, properly rotated, and attractively displayed to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unload, sort, and stock grocery merchandise.
- Rotate stock and check for expired or damaged items.
- Maintain clean and safe stockroom and sales floor areas.
- Assist customers in locating products when needed.
- Help set up product displays and promotional signage.
- Retrieve carts and assist with carryouts as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service focused.
- Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule:
Varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
