You'll be the go-to person for our customers and service technicians, helping them find the right parts to keep their cars, trucks, and Jeeps running smoothly. Previous experience as an auto parts advisor or in a similar role (preferred).

Familiarity with automotive parts and systems.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory management or point-of-sale systems.

Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic service department.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Greet customers and assist them in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts.

Answer customer questions about parts, availability, and pricing.

Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department.

Process customer orders and returns accurately.

Assist technicians by locating and delivering needed parts.

Keep up-to-date with new automotive parts and product information.
