Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts/Service Advisor to join our automotive team! Duties

• Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to determine service needs
• Provide detailed explanations of repair procedures, estimates, and available parts options
• Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmission repairs, diesel engine diagnostics, shocks & struts replacement, air brake systems, and auto body repairs
• Manage service writing and auto estimating processes accurately, documenting all work orders and customer interactions
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records
• Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to answer customer questions confidently

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
• Experience with vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, brake repair, tire service, alignments, suspension work, and transmission repairs
• Ability to upsell services effectively while ensuring customer trust and satisfaction
• Knowledge of auto estimating software and service writing practices is advantageous
• Familiarity with automotive repair specialties such as diesel engines, air brakes, shocks & struts is a plus
