St. Mary's Ryken High School in Leonardtown, Maryland, is seeking an accomplished Chief Advancement Officer to help share the future of our school community and advance our mission of academic excellence, faith, and service.
Reporting directly to the President, this leadership role will guide key advancement initiatives, including:
- Leading a comprehensive capital campaign
- Growing major gifts, annual giving, and philanthropic support
- Strengthening alumni, donor, and community relationships
- Building strategic partnerships that expand opportunities for students
- Leading and developing the Advancement team
This is an exciting opportunity for a fundraising and advancement professional who believes in the power of education and wants to make a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives of students.
Location: Leonardtown, Mqryland
Position: Full-time, in-person
Salary: $115,000 , commensurate with experience
