Math Teacher

St. Mary’s Ryken High School is seeking an exceptional Mathematics Teacher to inspire and challenge students in grades 9–12. About the Role

St. Mary’s Ryken math teachers design engaging, concept-driven lessons that lead students toward mastery of mathematical skills and understanding. Instruction integrates both traditional approaches and modern technologies—including graphing calculators, iPad applications, and appropriate software—to deepen learning and prepare students for future STEM pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education (required)
• Teaching experience preferred
• State teaching licensure/certification preferred, but not required
• Strong command of mathematical concepts across a range of secondary topics
• Demonstrated ability to adapt instruction using student-centered pedagogy
