Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings.
- Maintain calendars, schedule travel and accommodations, and prepare expense reports.
- Format information for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Draft and maintain organization charts as needed or appropriate.
- Assist with agendas and meeting packets for committee or other meetings as needed.
- Attend meetings as required and prepare meeting minutes as requested.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
