St. Mary’s School is seeking a Parent Engagement & Events Manager to lead meaningful community engagement and deliver exceptional school events for our current families.
This role is ideal for a collaborative, organized, and people-centered professional who enjoys bringing communities together through thoughtful experiences, strong communication, and well-executed events.
About the Role
The Parent Engagement & Events Manager builds community and strengthens relationships by:
- Leading parent engagement initiatives and new family welcome efforts
- Planning and executing key Development and community events, including the Gala, Golf Tournament, Founders Day, and family programs
- Supporting parent volunteers and serving as a liaison to the Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)
- Owning on-site event storytelling and guest experience, in partnership with Advancement leadership and Marketing & Communications
This role works closely with campus partners and has operational support from a Development Associate.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or nonprofit development
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience working with volunteers and parent communities
- Comfort managing multiple events and priorities at once
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend events as needed
Experience in an independent school or mission-driven organization is a plus.
