St. Mary’s Healthcare is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established ENT (Otolaryngology) team. This hospital-employed role is entirely outpatient-based and offers an exciting opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Our ENT program provides comprehensive care of the ears, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. You’ll work alongside an experienced otolaryngologist and a supportive clinical team in a modern, well-equipped setting.

Position Highlights:
- Full-time, hospital-employed ENT NP/PA role in an outpatient specialty setting
- Collaborative care model with experienced physicians and support staff

Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the ears, upper pharynx and oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck
- Perform both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate optimal patient care
- Educate patients on disease prevention, ENT health, and treatment plans including side effects and risks of prescribed medications
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and revise care plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the EMR system
- Conduct routine check-ups and follow-up appointments
- Deliver compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care aligned with organizational values
- Participate in departmental and organizational quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Required Credentials - Certified and Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
Preferred Experience - Prior experience in ENT, surgical specialties, or outpatient specialty care is preferred but not required.
Education - BLS Certification obtained within 90 days of hire
Skills - Strong communication, patient education, time management, and collaborative decision-making skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range - $120,375 - $130,000 sign-on bonus

Complexity of Work:
Requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic outpatient environment. Must be able to work independently, prioritize care, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced ENT specialty clinic.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Adherence to Standard Precautions and appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required to maintain a safe care environment.
