Employment status: Part-time/4 hours per week
FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Hourly
Work schedule: Saturday evening
Reports to: Director of Liturgy

Summary: The Saturday evening receptionist will be available to assist all parishioner/visitors attending the 5:00PM services. This will include answering phone calls, assisting with questions/concerns from parishioners, supplying tithing envelopes and any other administrative duties that arise.
Requirements
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience working in an administrative role providing assistance & direction to visitors/parishioners
License and Credentials:
Reliable transportation
Valid driver license
Valid vehicle insurance
Must be available to work on Saturday during the 5:00PM services
Knowledge and Skills:
Must have excellent verbal & written skills, organizational skills and have a pleasant demeanor when dealing with visitors to the pastoral offices.
