We are seeking a full-time Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in an on-site position in Annapolis, MD. The Kindergarten Teacher will lead engaging daily classroom activities, design and execute lesson plans tailored to young learners, and foster a supportive and stimulating learning environment. Responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate instruction, nurturing the academic and social growth of each student, and maintaining open communication with families to promote collaboration and involvement. - Proficiency in Lesson Planning and ability to create developmentally appropriate curricula
- Strong background in Education and experience in classroom management
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Teaching and Training young learners in an engaging and supportive manner
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (required)
- Teaching certification or licensure in early childhood education (preferred)
