Position Summary
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Chesterfield Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Annual volume ~34,000 patients/year at Chesterfield
55 hours of physician coverage daily at Chesterfield
Strong consultant support
TCD Level 1 STEMI
TCD Level 2 Stroke
No trauma accreditation
Low volumes of behavioral health, no inpatient psychiatry services
Infrequent boarding of inpatient admissions in the Emergency Department
Visa Sponsorship: Not available
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements
Education: MD/DO
Licensure/Certification: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, DEA License, and Missouri Board of Registration of the Healing Arts.
