St. Luke Lutheran Community - North Canton - is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Generalist for our North Canton & Portage Lakes Campuses.
Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter Schedule:
Full-time/Days (8:30AM-5:00PM)
Monday-Friday

Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter - Required Education:
High School Diploma
A minimum of an Associates Degree in Business or related field (or) equivalent experience in Human Resources
SHRM or HRCI Certification (highly preferred)
Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter - Previous Experience Requirements:
Prior full cycle recruiting & onboarding
Payroll Administration (ADP Workforce Now highly preferred)
HR Compliance
Administrative & operations expertise
HR Systems administration
Prior leadership/management experience helpful
Applicant Tracking System Administration (Apploi highly preferred)
Learning Management Platform/SaaS Administration (Relias highly preferred)
Front Desk or Executive Assistant experience
Team Management Experience
Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter - Responsibilities:
Recruiting, Interviewing, Selection, Pre-Employment, Onboarding
Management of Applicant Tracking System, Job Postings, and sponsoring of posts
Backup to Human Resources Team (consisting of HR Manager & HR Assistant) and all HR functions (including payroll processing)
Supervise & Coordinate Front Desk Associate Team
Address employment, pay, benefits and other questions from employees
Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain a positive and productive environment and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
Coordinate and attend local Career Fairs and build relationships with local businesses, colleges/universities, technical schools, high schools, and more
