What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Cook position at St Luke Lutheran Home?
Our organization is looking for a Dietary Cook to help us provide for the nutritional needs of our residents. In this role you will cook and serve food that follows specific, predetermined standards and dietary guidelines. This role is essential to the health of our residents, so we are looking for someone with knowledge in both food preparation and nutrition. Applicants with experience in elderly care or cooking for individuals with strict dietary restrictions is highly desirable, but not required. Other responsibilities include, following portion controls, serve food, and assist with cleaning duties. Experience with food preparation, sanitation, and nutrition is preferred, but not required.
