We’re seeking a full-time Call Center Representative who is a team player ready to contribute to our positive reputation. Optical experience is a plus but not required—we’re excited to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming phone calls professionally and address patient inquiries.
· Schedule appointments efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow.
· Verify insurance benefits and co-pays accurately.
· Process payments for services and products over the phone.
· Coordinate patient referrals to specialists as needed.
· Update and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Collaborate with team members to support seamless office operations.
· Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, and scheduling systems).
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
