Key Responsibilities:

· Assist patients with frame selection and provide expert advice on various lens types and features.

· Fit and adjust frames for optimal comfort and vision correction.

· Instruct patients on the use and care of contact lenses.

· Verify vision and medical insurance benefits.

· Process payments for services and products.

· Utilize insurance plans to ensure patients receive appropriate coverage for goods and services.

· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

· Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns professionally and empathetically.

· Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and patient-focused environment.

· Be prepared to fill in at multiple locations as needed.

Work Hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

· Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

· Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

· Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

· Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

· Occasional Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous experience in optical or retail sales (preferred but not required).

· Strong customer service and sales skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with practice management software (a plus).

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
