St. Leo School in Leominster, Massachusetts, is hiring teachers for Early Childhood and Elementary positions. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and projects in the areas of Reading, Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science, using a variety of instructional strategies and blended learning. Religion classes may be included.
-Evaluation of student academic and social growth and identifying student needs. This includes the administration of standardized testing and utilizing testing data for improvement/direction of classroom instruction and student performance.
-Maintains complete and accurate records, by law, school/district policy, and administrative regulations.
-Maintains open, pro-active communication with parents and guardians.
-Participates in on-going professional development including mandatory in-service PD.
-Participates cooperatively with administration.
-Collaborative team member.
-Active participation in supervisory duties such as drop-off, lunch, recess, dismissal.
Salary : $30,000 - $35,000
