St. Laurence Catholic Church is seeking a detailed and self-motivated leader to become our Director of Facilities. The Director of Facilities supervises and oversees all aspects of the maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of St. Laurence Catholic Church, Ave Maria Center, School buildings and grounds. Applicants should possess experience in facility operations with at least two years supervisory experience, safety certifications, basic mechanical knowledge, and skills. The ideal candidate thrives leading a team, is well organized, and has a collaborative disposition to work with parish leadership, staff, vendors, and parishioners. Solid interpersonal skills, efficient time management, and organization of responsibilities is a must. Bachelor degree preferred. Finally, a deep love for our Catholic faith, serving, and facilities are keys to success in this role
