St. Julian Winery is opening a brand-new tasting room in Gaylord, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Assistant Tasting Room Manager to help build our team and create an exceptional guest experience from day one.

What You'll Do
✨ Partner with the Tasting Room Manager to oversee daily operations
✨ Lead and inspire a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service
✨ Conduct engaging wine tastings and create memorable guest experiences
✨ Support merchandising, displays, and promotional activities
✨ Assist with scheduling, coaching, and developing team members
✨ Help coordinate tasting room events and community engagement
✨ Ensure the tasting room operates efficiently while maintaining St. Julian's high standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Wine knowledge is a plus—but we are happy to teach the right candidate!
Position Details
Location: Gaylord, Michigan
Full-Time position with varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 21 years of age
