Responsibilities
- Monitor the behavior, mental health, and medical needs of clients.
- Documenting/maintaining medication and medical treatment.
- Taking vitals and dispensing medication.
- Completing medical screenings/evaluations and conducting medical history.
- Supporting therapy and other medical staff.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid WV RN or LPN License
