Responsibilities
- Prepare and file court documents
- Prepare Income Withholding Orders and National Medical Support Notices
- Provide front desk/receptionist/file manager coverage when needed
- Manage calendars and reminders to meet deadlines
- Assist with special projects to improve office performance
Opportunities for advancement may include establishment, enforcement, interstate, or financial caseworker which would require the management of a caseload.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and positive team attitude
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including proficiency with telephone, fax, copy machine, and computer
- Must possess ability to establish priorities, work independently, and work with a high level of organization
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work history is preferred but not required
