Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
