Diet Clerk

Position Summary:   Responsible for and performs clerical functions of the diet office.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for inputting resident menus into menu system using excel and meal ticket system.
• Responsible for daily printing of meal tickets and cutting/sorting of them.
• Responsible for completing select menus with residents daily.
• Responsible for assisting dietitians in clerical needs.
• Responsible for answering phones and directing to kitchen or dietitians if needed.

• Lifting more than 25 lbs
