Qualifications
- Experience in case management, care coordination, and client advocacy
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of addiction recovery, medical detox processes, or behavioral health services
- Certification or licensure in social work, counseling, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems and maintaining accurate client documentation
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in addiction treatment or healthcare settings is a plus
